What is Te Reo Māori?

Māori is one of the official languages of New Zealand and is an integral part of the country’s culture. There are numerous reasons to learn Māori including personal enjoyment or career requirements. Whatever the reason may be, learning Māori provides great satisfaction, a greater connection with New Zealand and an enhanced understanding of our culture and society. For many ākonga, including young adult and adult learners, there are no fees for Te Reo Māori courses. Please see the Fees page on our website for further information.
